ARTIC OCF
Antifreeze setting and hardening accelerating admixture.
ARTIC OCF is a special chloride-free, dual-action admixture. Its formulation acts as a catalyst for the initial hydration reactions in cements, especially at low temperatures. ARTIC OCF accelerates setting times and increases mechanical strength. Additionally, ARTIC OCF acts as an anti-freeze additive, lowering the freezing point of the mix water so as to permit casting in cold weather.

CONSUMPTION
- 1÷4 kg per 100 kg cement.

- Possibility of casting during the winter months when temperatures are expected to reach -10°C (for casting at lower temperatures, please contact DRACO Italiana S.p.A.’s technical department in advance).
- Enhances the concrete’s resistance to low temperatures by facilitating stripping and protecting it from frost damage.
